What is the cost for an initial consultation?
We do not charge for initial consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to understand your situation and see if you do need an Investigator.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed in the state of Arizona by Arizona DPS licensing unit. In addition, we are licensed in the country of Mexico.
How long does it take to obtain a criminal record or any other record you offer?
In most cases, we can provide you with a record the same day you requested it.
Would you guarantee the evidence I need?
No, our job is to do our best in every case. However, most of our cases are solved.
What evidence would I obtain after the investigation?
We will provide you with a video, photos and a final detail report of the investigation.
Can you obtain video and photos inside bars and restaurants?
Yes, interior video is one of our specialties.
Is my case confidential?
Yes, we will not discuss any information with anyone but you.
When can you begin working on my case?
After the initial consultation and when the retainer is received.

It depends on the case, but most cases are done within a week.

No, we have an Investigator in central Mexico, who takes care of the Mexico cases.
